木馬文創(chuàng)在過去幾年的項目實踐中不斷積極探索、勇敢創(chuàng)新、深刻總結，得出了一套自己獨有的文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品設計開發(fā)理論:通過將商業(yè)思考、美學體驗與技術突破整合為一體的設計實踐方式再加上垂直創(chuàng)新思維，打造出文創(chuàng)設計領域閉環(huán)，建立起一個完善的創(chuàng)意生態(tài)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。木馬文創(chuàng)的服務領域包括：博物館藝術衍生品、企業(yè)品牌衍生品、動漫影視衍生品、以及文化旅游產(chǎn)品四大主要對象。針對這四類領域各自不同的屬性和特點，我們給出不同的創(chuàng)新策略。以文化挖掘、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、空間營造、服務運營為核心，以服務設計理念為引領，構建完整的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系。
